To insert a Controlled Vocabulary into a table cell, select the insert button from the table toolbar and choose “Controlled Vocabulary”.
The “Controlled Vocabulary” provides a way to use consistent terms for cell contents across tables, reports, etc. and can also be used for consistency in metadata terms. *
