Notifications Toolbar

Refresh | Updates your notifications. Your business policy determines how frequently the CERF server is polled to see if there are new notifications. Clicking the refresh button will enable you to see the latest notifications. |

Change Display mode | Toggles the display to a list of all notifications or group the notifications by type (i.e., Signatures, Printed Copies, Controlled Documents, General, Annotations). |

View Attachment | Opens in a viewer the selected CERF Resource that is linked to the notification. |

Reply | Launches a reply notification that allows you to send a notification back to selected members of the workgroup. |

Remove Notification | Removes the notification from view. This does not delete the notification (which is a CERF Resource) Deleted notifications are moved to an archived database that can be retrieved with the assistance of Lab-Ally Support |
Notifications requiring an action, such as cosigning or marking a Controlled Document as Read and Understood, will be removed automatically from your Notifications as soon as you have completed the action (Note: the Remove Notifications button will be greyed out). Other Notifications can be removed by selecting them and clicking on the Remove Notification button in the Notifications Pane.
According to your business policy, previous printed copies may be inactivated and you will not be able to view them. To see if a printed copy is inactive, select it and read the informational text that appears below the Notifications pane (the gray panel).
