Bookmarks are a way of organizing the resources you are working on. Other people in your workgroup will not see your bookmarks.
Show Bookmark pane. Click on the Bookmarks icon
to the left of the application (or use Ctrl-3).
Hide Bookmarks pane. Click on the “Close View”
button in the upper-right corner of the Bookmarks pane (or use Ctrl-3).
To create a bookmark, drag a Resource from the Document Tree to the Bookmarks Viewer. It can be a single file, a folder, a Section, a Notebook Page, etc. This will create a link to the resource in the Bookmarks Viewer. You can access all the standard right-click options for the resource from it’s icon in the bookmarks area. By default bookmarks automatically updates to link to the newer versions of the resource. You can also bookmark specific older versions of a resource by dragging a version from the version history (in a resource info window) to the bookmarks area.
CERF allows you to add bookmarks through menu options as well:
- Right-click on the resource you wish to bookmark and select option “Add Bookmark”
- Select Manage Bookmarks from the Bookmarks menu (Main menu).
