You will see the Controlled Documents icon in the middle panel toolbar if your business policy is set to allow the Controlled Documents workflow. To show the Controlled Documents pane, click on the icon.
If you have initiated any Controlled Documents or have been asked to mark any Controlled Documents, you will see them listed here.
If you have been granted the “Manage Controlled Documents” capability by an admin you will also be able to create new controlled documents here and assign them to specific users. You will also see ALL of the controlled documents on the server.
